Español: Son una voz nueva, inusual en el Pleno municipal, ese espacio donde la representación ciudadana cobra su auténtico sentido. Esta tarde 69 chicos y chicas, de entre 14 y 17 años, en representación de los adolescentes madrileños, han ocupado las bancadas del Salón de Plenos para transmitir a la corporación municipal las inquietudes y necesidades de este sector de la población. El Ayuntamiento no sólo reitera su condición de administración más cercana, sino que muestra su vocación de ser la institución donde la ciudadanía encuentre un foro para hacer oír su voz. |
