These are good parents. Providing their children a chance to experience the world. I sat not to far from them in a restaurant and it was obvious like most of the other foreign tourists here they were French. There have been families everywhere in SEA, sadly nearly all European, haven't seen more than a couple who were from theUS. This should raise some questions in our minds. What is it about countries like France, the UK, Germany, Italy, even Russia that afford young families the opportunity to travel? Where are all the travelers from "the worlds richest most powerful country"? Why am I almost always the only US citizen around? Think about it some and the answers aren't the sort that will make you very happy.
