Description iconographique:

Droit : Minerve, assise de face sur un nuage, casquée, drapée, tenant dans sa main droite une couronne de laurier et dans sa main gauche une autre couronne et une palme ; autour, deux petits génies ailés ; revers : inscription sur six lignes, entourée d'une couronne de laurier.
