Description
English: Single trajectory of a 3 × 3 × 3 μ m 3 actomyosin system with R m:a = 0.02 and R α:a = 0.1. The system is colored by actin filament cylinder angle with respect to the x-y plane. Cross-linkers and NMIIA mini-filaments are not shown. Bundling and polarity sorting of actin filaments is observed over the 500 s simulation.
