Description
Español: Madrid cree en otra forma de gobernar. Un gobierno en la que la gestión por la gestión no cabe. “La gestión política tiene su sentido en hacer más fácil y cómoda la vida de los ciudadanos. Para nosotros Madrid es la ciudad de los cuidados. Tenemos la obligación de cuidar a los ciudadanos”. Con estas palabras, la alcaldesa de Madrid, Manuela Carmena, ha clausurado la cátedra de Presupuestos Participativos de la facultad de Derecho de Zaragoza con la ponencia “Otra manera de gobernar”.
