Description
Español: El pasado ejercicio ha supuesto un punto de inflexión en las políticas de cooperación del Ayuntamiento de Madrid. Además de contar con un presupuesto propio, no vinculado al de participación ciudadana, se incrementaron fondos y proyectos –de 264.000€ y 3 proyectos en 2015, a más de 10.000.000€ y 50 proyectos en 2016-, y se inició la nueva estrategia municipal, amparada en el concepto de ciudadanía global y solidaridad. La alcaldesa de Madrid, Manuela Carmena, acompañada por el coordinador general de Alcaldía, Luis Cueto, de quien depende este apartado de gestión, ha inaugurado esta mañana el Foro Madrid Solidario, al que también han asistido la portavoz municipal socialista, Purificación Causapié, y la presidenta de la Red de ONGD de la Comunidad de Madrid, Sonsoles García Nieto.
