Motivbeskrivning: Kutter under kappsegling i hård bris för revade segel. I bakgrunden målfartyget och ett antal kappseglande kuttrar.

Historik: Mönsterbåten nr 3 Byggd av Segel Sällskapets Nybyggnadskassa. Byggd i Västervik av byggmästaren Landström efter ritningar av Göthe Rolf Peterson i Stockholm. Längd över stäv 10,51, bredd 3,15 ocg djup 1,51, segelarea 115 kvm, 11 ton. Såld 14/9 1861 till fabrikör Johan Bäckström. 1863 ägd av juveleraren J. Creutz. 1868 köpt av fabrikör C. F. Granholm. Under Granholm började för jakten ett det kanske mest lysande skede, som funnits i svensk seglingshistoria. Den seglades, överallt uppmärksammad, till Göteborgsutställningen 1871 av direktör Henrik Granholm. Sedan 1897 står den som sevärdhet på land." Källa: Kungliga Svenska Segelsällskapet 1830-1930."
