Description
English: Supplementary Movie 2 HILO imaging of mEos2-expressing E. coli cells on agar pads with 30-msec exposure time. The mEos2 signal appears smeared due to the rapid diffusion of the mEos2 molecules within the cytoplasm. Nine consecutive frames of this movie are shown in Supplementary Figure 2 (top panel). Movie is in real time. Effective magnification is 250×.
