Description
English: Washington, DC, August 28, 2008 -- National media camera crews cover the beginning of a national Video Teleconference (VTC) with local, state and federal partners updating possible response/recovery actions to the projected impact area of Hurricane Gustav and Tropical Storm Hannah. The daily VTC takes place in the National Coordination Center (NRCC) within FEMA Headquarters.
