Description
Deutsch: Dieses Mietshaus wurde im Jahre 1894 erbaut. Es befindet sich im Leipziger Ortsteil Anger-Crottendorf direkt neben der ehemaligen Eisenbahnüberführung der sog. »2. Verbindungsbahn« (im Vordergrund). Es ist mit seiner ehemaligen Putzfassade, der Tordurchfahrt sowie zwei 1913 ergänzten Läden als Baudenkmal der Stadt Leipzig geschützt.
