Description
English: Confocal microscopy movie of POPG GUVs filled with the dye HPTS (green) in a flow chamber. The quencher DPX was present on the outside of the vesicles. The GUV membrane was stained with DOPE-Rhodamine (red). An aliquot of oligomers was introduced into the chamber (top of the image frames), and imaging was continued.
