Summary

Description
English: East side of Main Street, Middletown, Connecticut, USA between Green and Ferry Streets. Visible buildings are:
  • 598-614 Main Street, Hotchkiss Block, built late 19th century (Apparently this name embraces what appears to be two buildings with different fenestration; I can't see any other way to interpret the NRHP nomination, since it is clear what is on either side of it.)
  • 584-588 Main Street, Shlien's Furniture, built 1897
  • 578-582 Main Street, built 1894
  • 574-576 Main Street, Lawton & Wall Block, built 1870-1874
  • 566 Main Street, Lawton & Wall Block, built 1870-1874
  • 560-564 Main Street, Lawton & Wall Block, built 1867
All of these are contributing properties of the Main Street Historic District, which is listed on the National Register of Historic Places.
