English: Dermal DC interact with L. major parasites. A time-lapse sequence of maximum projection (24 µm stack) shows a DDC extending a pseudopod to pursue and capture a moving LmjF-DsRed2 promastigote in the ear skin of a CD11c-YFP mouse. Time is shown as hh:mm:ss.
