Description
Svenska: Fäste av reliefornerad förgylld mässing, kaveln med sidostycken av slät pärlemor. Kappa med fyrsidigt tvärsnitt, framåtböjd, på vardera sidan ett blad-ornament, framdelen i form av en lejonmaskaron, baktill vid dennas överdel och vid ut- och insidan ett palmettornament inom en halvoval slät bård. Parerstänger med fyrsidigt tvärsnitt och med bladornament på sidorna, den främre
uppåtböjd och avslutad med ett uppåtvänt örnhuvud, den bakre nedåtböjd och avslutad med en nedåtvänd kvinnomaskaron. Styrskenor i form av en romb med insvängda sidor. Den yttre styrskenan med ett Minervahuvud i profil åt vänster, den inre slät. Mellan kappan och den främre parerstången en tunn kedja (handkedja) av förgylld mässing.

Klingan starkt böjd, eneggad, jämnt avsmalnande mot spetsen, utmed ryggkanten I en tämligen bred, grund hålkäl. Ornering etsad och förgylld. Basen och nedre delen av ryggen helt förgyllda. På utsidan etsad och förgylld inskription i skrivstil: "Carl Johan af Wirsén", på insidan: "Den 24de Juni 1816". Inskriptionerna inramade meden förgylld bård, som mot spetsen är bågformigt avslutad.
