Summary edit

Description
English: Moscow, Russia, May 15 2021. New Arbat Street cuts the Trubnikovsky Lane in two disconnected halves. One of the surviving Trubnikovsky Lane buildings (center) is the former count Brevern-de-la-Gardie building, expanded to current shape in 1899 by Ivan Mashkov. Prior history of the building is apparently lost, but it is certainly older than 1890s.
