English: Time-lapse microscopy analysis of endothelial-mural cell co-culture. Co-cultures (GFP-expressing HUVEC and PA-vSMC) were seeded in 96-well plates and images were acquired every 15th minute on a Zeiss LSM 510 Meta (37°C, 5% CO2). Several time-lapse movies from different timepoints were merged and together span a time range from day 0 to day 9. |
