Mycena carmeliana Grgur.

Image location: Victoria, Australia

Recognizable by the Orange disc at the base of the stipe.On bark or fallen timber. Often seek out moist crannies underneath fallen wood. Seen in East Gippsland where it seems more common. Image 2 shows the development from the Orange bud.
