Description
English: F-actin localisation in a wild-type embryo. Volume rendering of a wild-type embryo, with F-actin in yellow, AVE cells in green (marked by Hex-GFP expression), and nuclei in grey (DAPI stained). F-actin is localised to cortical rings in cells of the Epi-VE, but to an apical shroud in the ExE-VE. Use keyboard arrow keys to navigate frame by frame through the animation.
