Summary
editDescriptionNoise pollution in a residential area, Liverpool.webm | Shredding lorry operating in a residential street in Toxteth, Liverpool during the coronavirus lockdown. Apart from any criminal offence, the nuisance is aggravated by (a) within 200 yards there are several locations that are distant from flats and houses, and (b) the brick walls behind the lorry not only reflect, but also by their structure amplify the noise so that it is audible along most of the street. |
