ONTZETFEESTEN; Weekjournaal van Polygoon Hollands Nieuws van week 41 uit 1938.; Feestelijkheden te Alkmaar, nav de herdenking van het Alkmaars ontzet in 1573. SHOTS: - beeld van engel wordt met krans versierd; - kinderoptocht met versierde fietsen en voertuigen; - grote optocht met als thema: "de ontwikkeling van het vliegwezen" en mensen in historische kostuums en kleding uit verschillende landen.
