Description
Nederlands: ALTENA - Met de ondertekening van het proces verbaal op het gemeentehuis van Werkendam is officieel een einde gekomen aan de gemeenteraadsverkiezingen.

Het is nu aan het CDA, de grootste partij in de nieuwe gemeenteraad, om de nieuwe raad verder vorm te geven en samenwerkingen aan te gaan. De huidige gemeenteraden én de colleges blijven tot de beëdiging van de nieuwe raad aan en bevoegd om besluiten te nemen.

In december vinden er nog diverse bijeenkomsten plaats waarbij afscheid zal worden genomen van de huidige raadsleden en wethouders. Ook voor de inwoners zullen er nog diverse activiteiten plaats vinden.
