Summary edit

Description
English: PIP3 elevation increased the number of Rab5a-positive endosomes. Time-lapse images of a growth cone of a stage 2 mouse hippocampal neuron expressing mCh-Rab5a and mVenus-PHR-iSH-2A-CIBNcaax. mCh-Rab5a fluorescence images were acquired every 10 s. The red circled area was continuously photoactivated (405-nm laser at 10% of maximal power, 0.1 Hz) from 0 min. Accumulation of Rab5a-positive vesicles increased in the C domain of the growth cone and in neurites in response to photoactivation.
