Summary edit

Description
English: Dr. Paul Reiner (1886–1932) and his mother-in-law Philippine Hochschild (1859–1931), nee Ellinger, on the beach of the East Frisian island Juist in Prussia. Philippine Hochschild, widow of Frankfurt-based industrialist Zachary Hochschild (1854–1912) was visiting her youngest daughter Anna Sara Reiner (1891–1972), nee Hochschild, her grandchildren Renate (1917–2003), Eva Maria (1919–1999) and Ruth Elisabeth (1922–1948) as well as her son-in-law Paul Reiner at the reform boarding school Schule am Meer. Juist's hotels declined her stay: "Dogs and Jews are not allowed here".
