Description
Deutsch: Südwestansicht des Schlosses Persenbeug in der niederösterreichischen Marktgemeinde Persenbeug-Gottsdorf.
Das auf einem hohen Felsen unmittelbar neben der Donau situierte Schloss ist seit dem 10. Jahrhundert nachweisbar. Am 17. August 1887 wurde auf dem Schloss der letzte Kaiser von Österreich, Karl I., geboren. Seit 1919 ist das Schloss im Besitz der Republik Österreich und wird an die Familie Habsburg-Lothringen verpachtet: [1].
