Description	Nederlands: Collectie / Archief : Fotocollectie Van de Poll Reportage / Serie : Stierengevecht in de Arena van Nîmes Beschrijving : Picador steekt stier met lans, links de torero's Annotatie : De picador (Spaans voor "prikker") is de persoon die bij het stierenvechten de spiezen (banderillas) in de stier steekt. De picadores komen doorgaans pas later in het stierengevecht de arena binnen en rijden meestal op door middel van dikke kussens beschermde paarden.
