Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_63932_IMG_20191028_104043---.jpg Notes: בשער הצפוני של בית הספר החקלאי מקווה ישראל ניצב פסל לזכר פגישת הרצל עם קיסר גרמניה וילהלם השני במקום זה ב-28 באוקטובר 1898. הפסל נוצר על פי תמונותיו של דוד וולפסון. פסל הקיסר חצוי לשניים על חלק אחד כתובים דברי הרצל quotאם תרצו אין זו אגדהquot ועל החלק השני דבריו של הקיסר quotלארץ הזאת יש עתידquot. האמן המפסל מוטי מזרחי היה זה ביקורו הראשון והיחיד של הרצל בארץ ישראל. הרצל נפגש עם הקיסר הגרמני כדי לבקשו לשכנע את הסולטאן העותמאני לאפשר הקמת מדינה לעם היהודי בשטח ארץ ישראל.
