Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_68466_DSC_2772.JPG Notes: בית ג39אן שבהרי מירון הוא אחד מכפרי הדרוזים הגדול בארץ והגדול בכפרי הדרוזים שבגוש הרי מירון. בית ג39אן הוא הגבוה שבכפרי ישראל וחלקו העליון נמצא מעל לאלף מטר מעל פני הים. נראה כי מקור שמו הוא בשמה של בית דגן המקראית והוא הוקם ככל הנראה סביב המאה ה-13-14 על שרידי ישובים קדומים יותר.
