Original Image Name: Piciwiki_israel_68811_20181021_100503.jpg Notes: עין ראפה הוא כפר ערבי ממוקם כ-10 קquotמ מערבית לירושלים בוואדי שבין כביש 1 ואבו גוש מצפון וצובה מדרום.הכפר נקרא על שם המעיין quotעין ראפהquot הנמצא במרכזו. בדומה למעיין quotעין לימוןquot לַמוּר הסמוך גם מקורו של השם quotראפהquot הוא צרפתי. תושבי הכפר מספרים שבאחת מקבוצות הנזירים שפקדו את המקום היה כומר בשם quotראפהquot. הכומר אמר לתושבי הכפר שאם יחפרו בנקודה מסוימת ימצאו נביעה. התושבים חפרו באותו המקום ומצאו את הנביעה שנקראה מאז quotעין ראפהquot על שם אותו כומר. ויקיפדיה
