English: A page from a passport issued by the Polish Republic to a couple of Jews who decided to emigrate to British Mandate Palestine and join their children in Tel Aviv (September 1934). A Romanian stamp indicating passing through the Constanţa harbor is shown on the left, entry stamp as immigrants on the right. עברית: דף מתוך דרכון של הרפובליקה הפולנית שהונפק לזוג יהודים שהחליט להצטרף לילדיו הבוגרים בתל אביב בימי המנדט הבריטי (ספטמבר 1934). משמאל - חותמת רומנית המעידה על מעבר בעיר הנמל קונסטנצה, מימין - חותמת המעידה על קבלת הזוג כעולים בפלשתינה-א"י. שמותיהם של בני הזוג: שמעון-הירש ובריינדל גליקליך מרובנה שבווהליניה (היום חלק מאוקראינה). הדרכון הונפק עבורם בוורשה באוגוסט 1934, ומיד אחר-כך הוחתם בשגרירות בריטניה בוורשה באישור עלייה לארץ. בדרכון נעשה שימוש פעם אחת בלבד לצורך העלייה. العربية: صفحة من جواز سفر صدر عن الجمهورية البولندية لصالح زوجين يهوديين قررا الهجرة إلى الانتداب البريطاني إلى فلسطين والانضمام إلى أولادهما في تل أبيب (أيلول/سبتمبر 1934). في الجانب الأيسر يظهر ختم السلطات الرومانية الذي يشير إلى المرور في ميناء كونستانتسا. في الجانب الأيمن يطبع تصريح الدخول في منطقة فلسطين والاستقرار فيها |
