Description
English: Mitosis in a Diffuse EGFP-HDQ74–Expressing O23 Cell Video of a cell expressing the EGFP-tagged polyglutamine-expanded huntingtin fragment (EGFP-HDQ74) that shows a diffuse distribution (i.e., still without any detectable aggregates). The cell enters mitosis and completes cytokinesis in about 30 min. Images were taken at 10-min intervals, and the frame rate is two images per second.
