English: Movie S1 - Membrane localization of green fluorescent protein (GFP)-tagged wild type FtsY. GFP-tagged wild type FtsY was expressed from a plasmid in DH5α and localization was monitored on a motorised Zeiss Axioobserver microscope using a Cascade EM-CCD camera. Z stacks were acquired with 0.1 μm spacing and were three dimensionally de-convoluted using Autodeblur software. Movies were created in Metamorph and can be displayed with Quicktime movie player. |
