Description
English: Neutrophils internalise conidia in living lung slices. A Lys-EGFP mouse was treated as described for movie 4. The movie shows a single neutrophil (green) with a conidium (light blue) inside of the cell. To demonstrate that the conidium is really inside, the entire cell has been reconstructed from a Z-stack and is rotated.
