Description
English: Troitskii sobor s iuga. [Solovetskii monastyrʹ, Solovet︠s︡kie ostrova]
Русский: Троицкий собор с юга. [Соловецкий монастырь. Соловецкие острова.] На снимке изображена центральная группа храмов монастыря. Слева направо: Успенский собор, колокольня, Никольская церковь, часть купола Троицкого собора, Святые ворота с Благовещенской церковью, Спасо-Преображенский собор. На переднем плане слева и справа - две часовни: слева - Александровская часовня (1858), справа - Петровская часовня (середина XIX в.) Часовни были поставлены в память о приезде в обитель царей Петра I (она заменила более раннюю деревянную часовню) и Александра II. Обе часовни сохранились. См. [1].
