Description
English: 4D reconstruction of z-stacks in time lapse series of the Lifeact-GFP-labeled CAR in Δmst-1. Failure of correct CAR assembly resulted in acentric constriction and asymmetric position of the septal pore. Images were captured at scan intervals of 0.5 to 3 s for periods up to 40 min.
