Description
Nederlands: HANK - Eerder werd er in de Kurenpolder in Hank blauwalg aangetroffen, maar volgens de provincie is die blauwalg nu weer verdwenen. De waarschuwingsborden zijn weggehaald.

Er was de afgelopen dagen grote onduidelijkheid over de waterkwaliteit van de zwemplas. Op de website zwemwater.nl, waar de meetresultaten van de waterkwaliteit inclusief waarschuwingen te vinden zijn, werd tot en met woensdag gewaarschuwd voor een verhoogd risico in verband met blauwalg in de zwemplas. Volgens de boze bezoekers werd dit niet goed aangegeven bij de plas. De Kurenpolder kreeg behoorlijk wat kritiek over zich heen.

Volgens de Kurenpolder was blauwalg geconstateerd in het zwemwater, maar hebben zij vervolgens via het protocol gehandeld. Er waren minimale waarden gemeten. Wel heeft het bedrijf nu de communicatie over de waterkwaliteit verbeterd. In Put de Omloop bij Uppel en de vijver aan de Ruiterhof in Genderen geldt de waarschuwing voor blauwalg overigens nog wel.
