Corner Hungarian Art-Noveau style building Built in 1926. Architect: Félix Mueller. Local grade listed. The building was a participiant of the "Budapest 100 2021" event. - 26 Radnóti Miklós Street ( Tátra Street corner ), Újlipótváros neighbourhood, 13th district of Budapest.

Saroképület (magas)földszint + három emelet + részben (utólagos) tetőtérbeépítés. Magyaros szecessziós stílus Tervező: Mueller Félix, dr. /1873, Királyhida-1942, Budapest/ a Műegyetem szilárdságtanin tanszékén tanársegéd is volt, építészeti tanulmányokat írt, törvényszéóki szakértő és statikus (fővárosi statikus ellenőr) is volt. Építés éve: 1925, 1926 A Magyar Királyi Népjóléti és Munkaügyi Minisztérium megrendelésére épült. Az épület nagymértékben hasonlít a szomszédos 24 szám épületre. A pinceszinti nyilásokat nem számítva kb 50 nyilászáró található az épület homlokzatán. Zárt erkélyek. Az épület sarokrészén is van egy erkály. Terméskő lábazat. A szintek közöttt frízek. Szintenként két 3 szobás és három kétszobás lakással épült. Az épület előcsarnokában mennyezeti és oldalfali stukkók találhatók. A bejárat üveg és kovácsoltvas. Két lépcsőházas, lift nélküli épület. Az első lépcsőház az előtérből faragott kőkorláttal indul . A másik lépcsőház az udvar felől közelithető meg. Eredeti kovácsoltvas ajtődíszek. A lépcsőházakban díszes eredeti járőlap. A foldszinti bevilágítőablak egykor szűínes katedrálüveg volt. Az udvar feléli pinceablakok részben eredeti üvegezésűek. A lakások melllett ruhatisztításra használt akasztók találhatók - Az épület a Budapest100 2021 résztvevője volt. Kutatás: Kresz Máté, Imre Szabina, Nagy Emese, Fazekas Gréta, Hajós Flóra. 'Lakóépület Radnóti Miklós u. 24-26.' néven védett, azonosító: -8346 - Budapest, XIII. kerület, Újlipótváros, Radnóti Miklós utca 26. /Tátra utca sarok/, helyrajzi szám: 25211
