Randolph Wellford Smith, former vice-president, lobbyist and publicity man for the Loyal Coalition, was booked at the City Hall avenue police station. Mittit-iyiiht. together with a woman, who, for three years has lived as “Mrs. Smith” with him at the Parker House. The couple were arrested in a Worcester hotel late yesterday afternoon.
