English: Exocytosis of a FITC-yeast from a phagosome whose membrane has been depleted of VatM-GFP prior to exocytosis. The cell is expressing VatM-GFP and DdmCherry-LimEΔ. The yeast does not grow brighter upon contact with the extracellular medium.
