Description
English: West All-Star defensive end Ronald Powell of Rancho Verde High School in Moreno Valley, Calif., holds the Herman Boone Trophy for his team's 30-14 victory over the East All-Stars and the Pete Dawkins MVP Trophy awarded to the Most Valuable Player in the 2010 U.S. Army All-American Bowl on Jan. 9 at the Alamodome in San Antonio, Texas. Powell made five tackles, including one sack.
