Description
English: Animated sequence of RESOLFT recordings of a living PtK2 cell expressing Pex16-rsEGFP2 to highlight the peroxisomes as shown in Figure 3E. 20 RESOLFT images were taken every 0.5 s. Image size: 3 µm × 2 µm. The speed of the movie corresponds to the imaging speed.
