Description
English: Real-time imaging of spontaneous killing of the SHP-1-knockdown NK cells in vitro – Mock transduced control cells. Mock transduced primary NK cells were cultured in HBSS with 10% FCS and 50 U/ml IL-2 in the presence of 7AAD, and were imaged for up to 5 hours using 10X magnification objective on a Zeiss Observer 710 station. No cell-cell conjugate formation and subsequent killing activities were observed.
