Description:

Epée d'aspirant SS. Plaquettes ébonite avec fil métallique, ovale de cuir présent entre la garde/quillon et la cuvette, fourreau laqué noir, dragonne (en allemand : "Portepee") en fils d'argent bien marquée "SS", nouée d'origine autour de la garde.

Marques, inscriptions, poinçons: Poinçon - "HERM. RATH SOLINGEN", "SS" (dans un losange, sur l'entrée ou cuvette), "SS" (dans un cercle - noir - de chaque côté de la dragonne).
Description iconographique:

Garde ornée de feuilles de chêne, entrelacs sur la chape, runes SS.
