English: Pumpkins "au gratin", in Turkey colloquially called as "kabak öğreten"; this is a sort of "kabak dolma" (stuffed zucchini) with gratinated cheese. The cucurbita used in this very case is, of course, not the classical zucchini. The classical zucchini "kabak öğreten" is different in three ways from the Turkish "kabak dolma":Firstly, kabak dolma is made filling it with the ground beef fllling through the "mouth" or "head", therefore the meat is totally covered by the veggy. Secondly, of course kabak dolma does not use melted cheese. Thirdly, kabak dolma, like other meat dolmas, is eaten with garlic yogurt sauce, whereas "kabak öğreten" is not.
