Deutsch: Die Ortschaft Ölkam ist Teil der Katastralgemeinde Gemering (St.Florian, Linz-Land). Der Zehetnerhof ist der größte noch erhaltene Vierkanthof Österreichs. Er hat eine umbaute Fläche von 5800 m² (1 Joch), 12 Tor und 365 Fenster und wird daher auch Jahreszeitenhof genannt.
English: The village of Ölkam is part of the cadastral community of Gemering (St. Florian, Linz-Land). The Zehetner farmhouse is the largest remaining "Vierkanter" in Austria. It has a built-up area of 5800 m², 12 gates and 365 windows and is therefore also called the "Jahreszeitenhof".
