The following is the author's description of the photograph quoted directly from the photograph's Flickr page. "U.S. service members work on rebuilding the Saracha Bridge, after it was destroyed by flash flooding, on Aug. 31. The downing of the bridge immediately cut all traffic from Torkham Gate to Jalalabad. The rebuilding of the bridge brought together the International Security Assistance Forces, the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Combined Joint Task Force-82, and Local Afghan National Army Soldiers and Afghan National Police, and showed that teamwork leads to accomplishment.
