Description
English: 1: A man begins his day by discussing the Russo-Japanese War with his wife over breakfast. He says "Me for th' Japs!", she says "Where is Russia, James?". his newspaper says "STILL FIGHTING; JAPAN WINS ANOTHER BATTLE").


2: he buys a newspaper (with updated war news) from a paperboy.
3: he meets a friend, who asks if he has "Heard th' latest war news?"
4: in his office, his ticker tape machine says only "WAR.... WAR....", while his secretary says "Isn't war to <sic> horrid?", and another updated newspaper says "STILL FIGHTING"
5: a vendor offers to sell him a history of Japan and Russia, to explain how the war started.


6: the man is in a padded cell, ranting about the "dogs of warsky" with a fake Russian accent.
