English: Whinchat Saxicola rubetra, Serbia
Српски / srpski: D.t. 12–14 cm. Naseljava veći deo Evrope (osim krajnjeg juga Pirinejskog, Apeninskog i Balkanskog poluostrva), zapadne i centralne Azije i područja Kavkaza. Izrazita je selica. Zimu provodi u podsaharskoj Africi. Nastanjuje različita otvorena travnata staništa, sa višim travama, česta je na planinskim pašnjacima i visoravnima, livadama košenicama i mozaičnim poljoprivrednim područjima sa livadama i pašnjacima. Gnezda gradi na tlu. Hrani se pretežno insektima. U većem delu Evrope populacija blago opada usled smanjivanja površina pod travnatim staništima. U Srbiji se gnezdi populacija procenjena na 5.500–7.000 parova i u opadanju je (Puzović et al 2009).
