Glückstadt (Schleswig-Holstein) – Am Fleth 37 – Hauptgebäude der Druckerei Augustin – Baujahre: 1883/84

– Das Foto zeigt das Hauptgebäude der Druckerei Augustin, welches 1883 bis 1884 errichtet wurde (Architekt Möring). Es ist ein zweigeschossiges Backstein-Traufenhaus mit Satteldach. Ein eingeschossiger Trakt auf der rechten Seite und ein rückwärtiger Anbau für die Setzerei schließen sich an.

– Die fünfachsige Fassade ist vielfältig durch Friese und glasierte Steine geschmückt. Fenster und Eingangsportal im Erdgeschoss werden durch Segmentbögen gekrönt, im Obergeschoss treten Rundbögen an ihre Stelle. Ein Rundbogenfries unter der Traufe schließt die Fassade nach oben ab.
