Description

1275 Mercer St. (southwest corner of Yale Ave. N & Mercer St.) in the Cascade neighborhood of Seattle, Washington, USA. Originally built for the Kenworth Motor Truck Corporation 1928–1929, this was on the site of the demolished Hemrich Brewing Company. It was used during WWII for production of military aircraft parts. Most recently it has housed the offices of Bargreen Ellison.

See Summary for 1275 Mercer ST / Parcel ID 2925049094, Seattle Department of Neighborhoods for more about this building; it refers to the "Hemrick Brewing Company", but the photo at Image:Seattle - Hemrich Bro's Brewing Co - 1900.jpg clearly shows it to be "Hemrich".
