Description 1405 Elliott Avenue, Interbay, Seattle, Washington. The concrete Art Deco/moderne building, now a veterinarian's office and a daycare for dogs, previously held a succession of manufcturers of potato chips and other similar foods. The first of these was building was the Williams Company (for whom the building was constructed in 1931). Probably the best know was the Harlan Fairbanks Company.
